Recording the Grandeur of the Qing: The Southern Inspection Tour Scrolls of the Kangxi and Qianlong Emperors. Includes study questions and sections on Qing Emperors, State, Economy, Art, and the scrolls themselves.

Includes general resources on the Qing as well as information on the main palace locations: The "Forbidden City" and the Old Summer Palace.

These lessons were developed in conjunction with the 2008 Digital Humanities Workshop on "New Perspectives on Early Modern China," a collaborative project of Columbia University, the University of Florida, and the University of North Texas.
